Franco Advisory
Growth marketing and sales leadership,
built to hand off.
Franco Advisory is the consulting practice of Enrique Franco Jr. Owner-led companies retain the practice to run the commercial side of the business — brand and demand, the sales infrastructure underneath it, and the operating work that keeps both honest — and to leave behind systems their own team can run.
Practice areas
Four lines of work.
Most engagements start in one and expand into the others, because in a company of this size the same person usually ends up holding all four.
01
Marketing
Brand systems, content production, paid and organic social, web, and the calendar that keeps it all shipping.
02
Sales consulting
CRM selection and rollout, territory and target lists, outreach infrastructure, sales operating norms, hiring.
03
Property management
Residential oversight, vendor coordination, lease and occupancy administration, relocations and move management.
04
Professional services
Executive support, vendor evaluation and negotiation, process documentation, and cross-functional project coordination.
How it works
Retained, flat, and inside the business.
Engagements are monthly retainers at a flat fee — no hourly billing, no per-campaign approvals, no line items that make every decision a negotiation. The practice operates as part of the leadership team and reports to the owner or CEO, not to a marketing manager.
That structure exists for a reason. The work that actually moves revenue in a company this size is infrastructure — lists, systems, cadence, process — and infrastructure does not survive being billed by the hour.
- One point of accountability. Marketing, sales operations, and the production work in between report through a single seat.
- Fixed monthly fee. Scope is defined in writing at the start of the engagement, including what is excluded.
- Owner-level access. Weekly executive reporting, direct line to the decision-maker.
- Build, then hand off. The goal is systems the internal team can run, not permanent dependency.
